The magic of a snow day is rarely captured in quite the same way by anything else.
It’s the perfect day when you’re supposed to be at school but get to stay home and play in the snow or snuggle inside with a cup of cocoa and a good book.
Though it might not be the same, this list of prompts encourages students to describe the magic that only happens when the ground is soft with sparkling snow drifts.
How to Use these Prompts
These snow day prompts are fun and cheerful, so have a holiday cheer contest and let the winner hand out the prompts. Or randomly assign them by pulling names or mixing them up and passing them out to students.
